Q: Do you deliver internationally?
A: Yes we do however there will be a delivery charge for orders outside the UK.
Q: What are the Delivery Charges?
A: For our UK customers there free delivery for any orders.
For any customers in Europe we charge £20.00 for the delivery of your purchase and for the rest of the world we charge £35.00 for the delivery.
Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my order in the expected time?
A: If you have not received your order within the allocated time, please contact us by email: info@thorndale.co.uk or phone: 01902 711823.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: We will accept returns up to 28 days of receiving your order.
Returns are free within the UK and to arrange a return please contact us by email or telephone to get your return label sent to you.

Please fill in the form attached to your invoice and place inside the parcel before you return your order.
Without the completed form (we would accept a letter to state the reason of return and the exchange or refund you require) we cannot process the return.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we do not cover the costs of international returns, so please lease with a convenient carrier to arrange the return.

As soon as we have received and progressed your return, we will send you a confirmation email and either replace or refund your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you’re returned items come back in an unsuitable condition, We may have to decline the return.
Q: What happens if my item is faulty?
A: We hand pack and check each order before dispatching, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us straight away on email: info@thorndale.co.uk or phone: 01902 711823.
Q: Can I return my order for an exchange?
A: Of course, just complete the form attached to the invoice and circle the exchange option.
Q: Changes and Cancellations
A: If you change your mind after completing an order, just send us an email: info@thorndale.co.uk or call: 01902 711823, and we can amend your order.
